NEW FOR 2025:
-Due to limited space, large (20x20 and bigger) vendors will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. We need to allow space for variety.
-Some applications may be denied to to multiple vendors of the same product/product type. For instance, we can't have 8 jewelry vendors and 1 kilt vendor. Food: we can't have 5 coffee vendors and 1 hot dog vendor. You get what we're saying.... Again first-come-first-served.
-Any incomplete applications will not be accepted. All info must be included. (See check box at end of application) Please remember this is an all volunteer run event. We cannot "chase down" missing items for 30+ vendors for months!
-Lastly and MOST important: All Vendor MUST have insurance. No exceptions! No "Hold Harmless" agreements will be accepted. After the major freak windstorm theweek afterthe 2024 games that caused major damage to the Mansion grounds, we CANNOT risk it.
